Can iPad Rentals be Shipped Directly to My Venue?

ETR prides ourselves on making renting iPads, tablets, and laptops simple and hassle-free. We will arrange to deliver your iPads anywhere in the U.S.A. and to any venue of your choice. All tablets, laptops, and iPads are fully tested and ready to be used out of the box. We will include return labels if requested while placing the order and we will provide you with tracking numbers for the shipments to make sure your equipment arrives on time.

What If I Need Help at The Location?

ETR is a full-service organization with trained technicians to help you 24/7. We will diagnose the problem promptly and suggest possible solutions. We can arrange for onsite technicians for large orders if requested while placing the order. We also provide spares with bulk orders so that they can be hot swapped in the field. What About On-Time Delivery?

Timing is crucial in the rental industry because of the short duration of rental projects. At ETR, we are committed to providing you with on-time delivery every time. In case of unforeseen conditions, such as if your shipment is lost, we can make overnight shipments to take care of your needs.

Can I Rent iPads by the Hour?

All tablets, laptops, and iPad rentals are billed daily, weekly, or monthly. However, we do provide a grace period if your return shipment arrives a couple of hour later than scheduled.

Do You Provide iPad, Tablet, and Laptop Rental Insurance?

Yes, we do provide rental insurance for lost and damaged iPads, laptops, or tablets to all of our business clients. Tablets and iPads are expensive and delicate pieces of equipment, and utmost care is needed when you rent and handle an iPad or Tablet. Please refer to our rental agreement for details. All iPad, laptop, and tablet rental insurance will have to be prearranged with our trained sales representatives prior to placing an order.

How Do You Ship Rental Laptops, Tablets, and iPads?

As a standard business policy, all rentals are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, or delivered through commercial carries and they are neatly packaged in boxes. To make sure your rented equipment is at your venue in time for presentation, we ship them to reach there one day in advance. A tracking number is also emailed to you for your information.

FAQs about Rental Contract:

Laptop, tablet, and iPad rental contracts are a standard requirement in the rental industry. It is a document that specifies responsibilities of both parties. A rental contract has to be signed by the renter for each order. Please read it carefully and then sign. You can do this online with electronic signatures.

Tablet, Laptop, and iPad Rentals Return Responsibility:

It is the primary responsibility of the renter to return the rented iPads, tablets, or laptops in good physical condition in a timely manner. If returned by shipping carriers, please provide the tracking numbers. Equipment not received by the end of the contract date will be charged by the day. Please insure the shipment for the cost of the equipment to be protected against lost shipments.
