Rental Policy- Computer Equipment Rental

Our Rental Policy for equipment and computer rental is simple and straight forward with a mission to provide information to our clients about various aspects of technology rentals from ETR. Rental equipment is available from rentipads.com anywhere in the United States. You can order at any time using our secure website’s checkout process or order by phone at 1-866-840-1472.

When ordering online through rentipads.com, please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly and make sure you understand them completely. Then be sure to check the box that will appear during your checkout process that acknowledges that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before submitting your order.

Rental Periods

All of our Computer rental equipment is rented out for specific rental periods that are requested by our customers for the specific amount of time they will need to use one of our rentals. We allow a twenty-four hour grace period after the end of your rental period for the computers to be returned. This allows time for shipping complications or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay the return of the iPad without a customer being charged a late fee.

Please note that if your iPad rental is not postmarked within this grace period, you will be charged the full daily rental rate for each day the iPad is not returned.

Equipment Damage Policy

After the equipment has been signed for upon delivery, you are entirely responsible for the iPads during your entire requested rental period until the computer is postmarked and in the hands of the shipping courier for return. If the iPad is damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be held accountable to pay the full current retail price for the iPad(s) that were under your care during the rental period. Make sure that, upon receiving your iPad equipment, you immediately inspect the equipment thoroughly for any damage (no matter how minimal the damage may appear) and contact RentiPads.com as soon as possible to notify us about the damage to avoid complications with fault between you and the shipping service. During your rental period, RentiPads.com provides an expert team of renting specialists that are readily available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week to address and quickly resolve any questions or concerns you may have with your iPad rental equipment or overall rental experience. This renting service and support is provided free of charge to all customers.
